REFUND POLICY

No Returns on Food Products

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on candy or soda products. All sales are final once items have been shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we shipped the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

We will provide a replacement or full refund for:

  • Broken or damaged glass soda bottles
  • Spoiled or defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Missing items from your order

How to Report an Issue

Please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
  • A description of the issue

We'll respond within 1-2 business days and arrange for a replacement or refund.
